Cancellation Policy

Your Rights to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Kiltsets.com provides you with statutory cancellation rights when you purchase goods online or by phone. These rights allow you to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Responsibility for Return Costs

If you choose to cancel your order under these Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, or we may incur collection costs for items that cannot be returned by post.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the correct item(s), we will refund the cost of the goods, including the standard delivery charge. Please note that a deduction may be made from the refunded amount if the goods show signs of use, have missing parts, or if the goods or their packaging are damaged.

Exclusions

This cancellation right does not apply to certain items unless they are faulty, damaged, missing, or not in accordance with the specified requirements. Excluded items include personalized items or custom-made products, such as our Made to Measure products. We recommend referring to our Made to Measure guide for products made to your specification.
